In 2015 I had several quotes from various Washtenaw, Monroe, and Lenawee Contractors for $15,000- $40,000. Brads son( I think it was his son) came out and quoted my house. After Brad came back from vacation he called me and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. He installed a Trane 95% furnace, all new duct work, an A/C coil, a gas line, a digital thermostat and a gas AO Smith gas water heater ,for a fraction of the cost of other companies quoted. I had him come out and install the A/C compressor a several years later. He gave me a great price on that too. Brad did a professional install, he listened to all of my concerns about my vinyl siding and he followed up with me to make sure everything was solid both times, even during the pandemic. Thank you Brad for taking good care of my family!
We had a NO HEAT situation over the weekend about 6 weeks ago and reached out via a referral from my co-worker.
We have a gas fireplace so we didn’t need emergency service (although it was offered)
They had a tech out first thing the next Monday at 7:45am and he spent a good amount of time going thru the system and ultimately giving me news I didn’t want to hear. The 17 year old unit had a serious issue with the heat exchanger and we needed a new furnace….
We had a quote by 2pm with options and a new furnace up and running by noon text next day!
The guys were all top notch and the office contact walked us through getting our rebate from Consumers.

Our furnace quit working. I was told it couldn’t be fixed and that they would give me an estimate. unfortunately, my family of 6 waited 5 days with no return call with an estimate in the freezing cold weather and had to get our furnace replaced elsewhere.
I’ve known Brad since high school so when I heard he had hvac business I was more than willing to give him the business for ac and furnace . Hadn’t looked at any reviews but just had that gut feeling he was gonna be outstanding and I was right.He had his son come out to my house for furnace replacement, on time , did a great job, clean up was impeccable, furnace is great, got call back to see how everything was, told him I’m very pleased . Brad was great! Had the furnace go out Christmas night- he was the only one to answer the phone the next day. Made time for us in his busy days and had us up and running in 24hrs. Thank you!!
Called and Brad walked us through a couple possible fixes. One of them worked and furnace was fixed. We appreciate his knowledge and willingness to share to save us some money. Many in the industry would rather sell a new furnace. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
Great company with fantastic service. Mr. Gardner came out on a late night to inspect of down furnace. (Even Christmas around the corner) he Quickly deduced the issue, ran back to the shop to retrieve the parts and had our family up and running in no time.
